New Maps: Ireland and Russia

The list of maps is growing from time to time. Following a user request, the next two maps are based on the Laurin edition of Dampfross which includes the maps of Bavaria, Kentucky&Tennessee, Russia, and Ireland. The first two have been included for longer; the next release will complete the Laurin edition with the maps of Russia and Ireland.
